LEADING WITH LOVE DURING THE HOLIDAYS
The holidays have already come upon us. Thanksgiving has passed and media shows that even Black Friday is not the same as before. Customers have gotten smarter noticing that the "Black Friday" deals are nothing more than a regular sale that they can catch throughout the year. Some businesses go as far as raising prices right before Black Friday just to lower them down to regular price for this 'special weekend" that happens once a year.
But beyond the fact of finding deals that aren't really deals, people are dealing with real life situations during the holidays. Maybe the loss of a loved one, job or declining health. In any case, we want to be sure that during the holidays, each day we are leading with love. You can never tell what a person is going through just by looking at them as they pass you by or on their social media profile.
We already have struggled with something at one time or another. Some of us are still struggling. Be kind during the holidays. The reward you will reap is great.
